I know I left a review before, but I had to make sure I came back to leave a new one- an updated one. Kayla has done nothing but IMPROVE her techniques over the last few years that she has been caring for me. She is super intuitive with her approach and maximizes our sessions by using a variety of techniques to ensure that my body responds not just in the moment, but in the longterm as well. I am so grateful to know that I have Kayla in my corner as one of my primary care team people.
