Dr. Chaison and his team do excellent work. We've appreciated having our kids' needs taken care of at this office. I think the only downside is that the hours can be inconvenient if you do not have a flexible schedule.

Dr. Jeremy and his team are amazing!! Not only has he done amazing work for our two teenage daughters, but he has taken on my challenging mouth, (even the sarcasm)! I appreciate how he explains the details regarding my personal treatment plan, offering options and setting realistic expectations. Being an adult in braces comes with its own unique challenges but Jeremy and his team have always been very accommodating, so kind and fun! I recently got my braces off after 2 years, at the age of 56. My dentist had told me I really needed some orthodontic work done, and recommended Bothell Orthodontics. I'm an adult patient that needed my old retainer replaced. Dr. Jeremy contacted my orthodontist in Chicago before replacing my retainer in order to make it exactly as it had been before. That was extremely courteous of him. He had obviously spent time studying my case before treating me, which boosted my confidence in him and reduced my anxiety. He took the time to talk me through his plan and answered many of my questions before I even asked them. He is clearly very experienced. Dr. Jeremy was recommended to me by two of the best orthodontists in the country, so I put my full trust in him. The staff, especially Janet, is knowledgeable, courteous, and friendly. I began my braces experience very unsure and hesitant of the whole situation. Dr. Jeremy Chaison and his whole staff were able to not only answer any and all of my questions, but did so in a manner that was very easy to comprehend. Bothell Orthodontics is a well run, polite and very energetic office full of easy going and wonderful staff.
