I recently had bridge work done at Mountain View Dental, and I couldn't be happier with the experience! She was incredibly professional throughout the entire process and went above and beyond by working me into the schedule on short notice so everything could be completed on time. The work itself is perfect—beautifully done, comfortable, and looks completely natural. What really stood out was how accommodating she was when I asked for more Novocaine to stay comfortable. She listened without hesitation, made sure I was completely numb, and checked in with me regularly. It made a big difference for someone who gets a little anxious at the dentist. I had a very disappointing and frustrating experience with this dental office from start to finish. During my appointment, there was no dental assistant present it was just me and the dentist in the room. There was no one available to help with basic things like suctioning water, which made the appointment uncomfortable and felt unprofessional. I went in for what was supposed to be a simple routine cleaning, and somehow left with a chipped tooth, something that had never been an issue before my visit. Afterward, due to missing two appointments that I did not cancel, I decided it was best to switch to a different dental office. I do not recommend this dentist to anyone I had a lot of work done through these guys and everything they did I have gotten an infection right after so from when I started going to this dentist 4 months ago I’ve been on an antibiotic from day one!!! The same antibiotics they never changed them until I switched my dentist and was told the work they did needed root canals not fillings the fillings they did were way to deep now after arguing with these ppl telling them that my insurance covers root canals when they swore up and down it didn’t I went yesterday to my new dentist and was told got a root canal done!!! My new dentist had to slice my jaw open to get the infection out because my face looked like a balloon!!! Idk where this lady got her license from to have a practice but that place

If I could give a negative star I would. I went for a filling in between my two front teeth, a small filling long with my following teeth before my canine. She drilled so much out of my tooth that I wouldn’t have known until two days later when the filling broke and since was moving around.the other filling lasted a month. I went to another dentist to fix it and was told to demand my credit back because I can’t get it fixed with my plan unless so and that she drilled so much into my tooth that my enamel was actually gone:they also said without knowing the name of the dentist who ever it was didn’t form the filling and was why even right after flossing it would cut the floss in half. after such I learned two of my friends went and she ruined both of their near perfect teeth as well. They have been taking care my girls and I for years. I honestly can't say enough about them. They have always been good to us in many ways. The office staff and the dentist are both are great! I appreciate them and trust them with my girls.
