Billing and insurance is a full blown nightmare. Billed me $120 for an item that costs $20-30 at CVS. I had, and have good medical insurance but instead of processing correctly through insurance they chose to pass it on to COLLECTIONS!!! WITHOUT GIVING ANY NOTICE!!!! SAVE YOURSELF THE MISERY OF DEALING WITH THIS OFFICE AND MOVE ON TO SOMEONE ELSE!

I’m a first time patient. And from the first call I knew I made the right choice , everyone was very helpful and friendly. Ginger guided me through the paperwork process and introduced me me to Dr Gioioso. Who treated my issue with no pain , and 100% success, I wish all providers were this professional. I would recommend this practice to anyone . Joe D

My husband broke his toe. We called our podiatrist whom we have both seen several times. While waiting in the room he overheard the doctor standing outside the door saying "thank God, I don't want to see him". What kind of doctor says that with a patient on the other side of the door? He's not even good at what he does. The doctor is creepy!

They help my son with his ingrown nail very fast very helpful and professional

I thought the office staff and Dr. Nisivoccia were very nice. Don’t let them talk you into custom shoe inserts. I asked them how much they were going to cost and the doctor said she didn’t know. The office assured me that they spoke to my health insurance and that they would be covered at 80%. Well they weren’t! They were $837.36 and they wouldn’t reduce the amount. Conveniently (for them) they don’t do billing in their office. I told their billing agent I would not pay that amount. They put me in collections. I will pay it to the collection agency but at least morris podiatry won’t get that money and they will never see me again. If anyone ever talks to me about foot problems I will go out of my way to tell them not to go to Morris Podiatry. They are thieves.
