AFC Urgent Care Roxbury Township

This is my favorite urgent care facility in the area. I appreciate the ability to book appointments and complete all my paperwork online. There are always plenty of appointments available and I never have to wait long to be seen. Everyone I’ve met there has been friendly and professional. The faculty is modern and clean, and conveniently located. I also appreciate that they follow up with you a couple of days later to see if you are okay or if you’d like a follow-up appointment.

I was there for an eye injury. The nurse practitioner and her associate were out by the desk talking about their rice balls and their pizza. After she came in I was in tears because I had a corneal abrasion that I actually had to go to the direct ER after I left there. The only thing the nurse practitioner did was rinsed my eye with a bottle of saline and put pain medication in there. When I went to the ER they rinsed me under the eye wash station for 20 minutes they checked my vision They found out that I had a large corneal abrasion. I've been to your building a couple of years ago it was much better. Those two nurse practitioners sat at that desk outside my door while I was waiting for them talking about food when I had a severe eye injury. No sense of urgency whatsoever. I'm not

Going into an urgent care on a Saturday afternoon one may think would take forever . Not here . Know I had symptoms of a uti - was seen within 20 , easy , kind - very efficient and caring staff . Office is meticulously maintained. Sent my prescription to pharmacy immediately and just made a not fun day - pleased.

I HOPE EVERYONE SEES THIS REVIEW BEFORE MAKING AN APPOINTMENT!!!! THEY DONT CARE ABOUT YOU, ALL THEY WANT IS YOUR MONEY!!!! YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!!! Came in today thinking I have the flu. Receptionist made up a random number for my copay and told me that it’s a scam anyways. Receptionist told me it would be less than 15 minutes (I wanted to wait in my car it’s hard wearing a mask and having asthma at the same time) and i sat there for inside for over 20 minutes. The fake nurse who swobbed me didn’t even put the qtip all the way up my nose. When she walked out I’m pretty sure it was touching the machine she used to take my vitals. DISGUSTING!!! Everyone there was so kind and pleasant despite my coming at the last appointment. They were compassionate and attentive to my dilemma. Would highly recommend.
