Staff there are incredibly rude and give you attitude when you've simply asked a question. There's also an egregious lack of organization. They'd missed another person's records that were included and then for us the front staff failed to read our documentation and needed to tripple check information that should have been known to them. In the past our cat was also given a medication that was detrimental to an eye ulcer he formed. Had it not been for another vet that was actually capable of debriding his eye and pulling him off that steroid, he may have lost his eye. We would not have come for our recently adopted pet had it not been for a voucher (that they will not even honor). This experience affirms my perspective that you do not go here unless you absolutely have no other options.

My go to place for vet care for a reasonably quick appt. Nice people. They move fast and work hard. I like that they let you know all your options. BUT! They seem to be starting to push for more additional services and now some things are just added to the basic service costs. I think they may been taken over by a corporation. $800 to get a 15 lb dog spayed and shots. They not the highest (but still exorbitant) their prices have doubled. Hence the recently reduced stars. What you going to do? Have to get care for the fur babies and they know you don't have a lot of options around here so don't expect prices to go down or even stabilize any time soon.

Excellent service. Staff was friendly. We've had two cats spayed and two cats neutered, and not one problem. Recommend them wholeheartedly. 🐈 ❤️

all of the times I’ve been here have gone well overall, but today’s experience with one of the front desk techs has impelled me to not include five stars. There is no need to make people feel stupid when they’re asking honest questions about their pet, I understand when it’s called for but in this case it wasn’t necessary in the slightest.. and to followed by complete awkward silence leaving me to wonder if my dog and I are all set to go. I appreciate all of the work and dedication everyone here gives to the animals of Moreno Valley.. but to the person at the front desk, when you’re being mean to the owner, you’re being mean to the animal too, and this is who you were being mean to … thank you have a great day
