I recently visited an urgent care clinic and had an exceptional experience. The staff was incredibly welcoming, professional, and efficient. From the moment I checked in, they ensured my comfort and provided me with comprehensive information about each step of my visit. The medical team was exceptional, promptly and thoroughly addressing my concerns. I was also impressed by the cleanliness and organization of the facility, and the wait time was surprisingly short. I visited Moreno Beach Urgent Care Center on March 1, 2026. While the front desk staff were polite on the surface, my experience became very concerning when I reviewed my medical records after the visit. The first page of my clinical summary contained statements saying I denied symptoms (all of which I won't detail) that were actually the reason for my visit, including lower back pain. I calmly brought this to the staff’s attention. After some discussion, they did correct that first page and printed an updated version. However, the second page still documented multiple physical examinations that never occurred. For example, it stated that my gait and posture was normal, even though I was visibly cane-assisted during the visit and came in for weak left leg that buckled and gave out as wel

The harsh reviews aren't very deserving, almost all of the major urgent cares suffer from bad days. I've been coming here since pre-pandemic and have had nothing but great experiences. The providers are always very friendly, helpful and eager to ensure you leave with the proper treatment to get you feeling better. Sometimes it is busy, but that's to be expected especially during flu season or when a new virus is making it's round. I've tried their Riverside location and it's usually always packed, but the Moreno Beach location is usually always on top of their game. Would highly recommend this urgent care to anyone who's not feeling well.

My daughter ran out of seizure medication and pharmacist told me that urgent care could possibly prescribe emergency refill for at least two days. After waiting 2+ hours with sick people throwing up in lobby and flu symptoms. We get seen just for doctor to tell me he couldn’t prescribe it! I said wish front desk would of told us that wouldn’t of had waited 2 hours (explained to front desk why was my daughter been seeing for emergency refill) he said they didn’t tell you I said no! He said sorry! I was furious!!

I was seen here and like that everyone is very kind. Britney in front office was nice and helped with my insurance and was taken to the back. By the nurse Maria and also helped by Javier and Jon.
