Dr. Klismith is our family doctor. I have seen her for several years and now my children are seeing her as their primary doctor. Dr. Klismith is kind and caring. She listens and takes time to understand where I am coming from, she ensures that I have been heard and that all of my concerns have been addressed. I have never felt judged or uncomfortable in her presence, or in her diagnosis. The front office staff have always been personable and greet me with a smile. The nurses are caring and personable. They remember me when I come in for a visit. Dr. Klismith is our family doctor for these reasons.

Dr Jaeger is a good doctor. Gayleen Prausa is a very good PA or NP (can't remember which). Veda is wonderful. That said I have moved on. I don't like having medical professionals whose thinking is first, second and third do nothing. Don't have a medical assistant who doesn't know how to spell the medicines refuse to accept that I know what medicines I take and their names, or ask me a bunch of questions that I then have to go over yet again with the actual Doc or PA. Having someone come in whom I do not know who does not introduce themselves, and then abruptly starts asking questions is just not for me. You had a really good office staff for a while, now, they aren't. Your office manager who walks around with a furious look on her face at all times must have run off the good ones le

Dr. Klismith is a 5-star provider. Her and her staff have been wonderful the last several years. She takes the time to understand the symptoms and you don't feel like just another face. Referrals are fast. Without hesitation I would recommend.

They are clearly more concerned about getting prompt payment than they are about patient care. Now, before you think this is sour grapes for late payment let me explain that we received an invoice dated February 9th (that was the date on the invoice I received it in the mail a few days later). I arranged payment through my HSA on February 19th. My wife received a call on February 25th about payment from their billing department and then called me to ask if it had been paid. I explained that it was paid directly through our HSA. My wife called them back to explain and spoke to Jeanine in their billing department. Jeanine was rude with my wife and harassed her about the payment and seemed confused about how HSA's operate (odd for someone in the medical billing profession). I called and spoke

Dr. Jaeger has been my GP for going on 20 years now. He's seen me through a lot of stuff. He's always been a straight shooter with me - talking about the options, and why they are options, and which ones he prefers and which he doesn't. I will be sad if he ever retires, and I hope I'll be able to find a GP as good as he's been.
