She takes the time to understand not only your body's current condition but also your goals. Her client-focused care extends beyond your appointment as she'll provide techniques and other guidance to help your body stay in shape in-between sessions. Moreover, she genuinely cares about her client's well-being, and that is always greatly appreciated.

Jess was amazing! She is very knowledgeable about sport massage and professional. Her studio is clean and well kept. She paid special attention to the areas I wanted worked on and it was great!! I met Jessica when I was in the middle of my ACL recovery and she was my Physical Therapist's student. She was there for about 15 weeks and I was able to get close with her and have a great relationship. She was very relatable and sweet. For my particular injury and sport, she developed a personal recovery program that I followed three times a week. I was always excited to go because Jessica made it a good workout and made it super fun even though it was tough. I know that anyone who works with her will be in good hands and have an excellent recovery and experience.

Jessica has such an amazing depth of knowledge that translates directly into her skill as a massage therapist. She is able to manage chronic as well as acute issues and injuries. A session with her is so much more than just a massage! Your body will thank you for allowing her to take care of it.

Jess does an amazing job! I’ve received specific work on my shoulder and tight hamstrings during sports massage as well as full body massage and I cannot recommend her enough!
