I don’t often leave negative reviews i absolutely hate doing it, but I want to share my experience so others can make informed decisions especially when it comes to medical care. The front desk and especially the nurse who checked me in were wonderful... kind, attentive, and truly wonderful. They took great care of me and my kiddo that was in tow, and they deserve recognition for that. However, the clinical care from the NP was beyond disappointing and dismissive. I came in with very clear swelling, bruising, and the inability to bear weight on my foot without a brace. Despite this, no physical exam was performed. My ankle was not palpated, compared to the other side, checked for ligament stability, or assessed for any range of motion. She ordered an X-ray, read the results aloud, and l

Sprained my ankle super bad and came here. The front desk, the nurse, the NP Paul and the x-ray tech were all amazing! They were compassionate as I felt nauseous from the pain and checked out all my painful body parts. It wasn't as bad as it could have been and they discharged me with everything I needed to recover at home and local docs to followup with. Thanks for being professional, compassionate and available!

The nurse Practitioner, Debra was the epitome of professionalism! Very caring and listened attentively to my concerns! She is a rare find today! All nurses should have her same high standards of care! Both Domaniques were also caring and efficient The receptionist was especially caring and efficient! Great experience! Happy New Year!

I love everyone at the Urgent Care who helped me! Such kindness, friendliness, and true interest in me and compassion. Dr Deb explained my issue to me along with the risks of my issue and what I needed to do and watch for very clearly and concisely which I sincerely appreciate. In the past I’ve dreaded going to Urgent Care, but this visit was completely different. The receptionist, nurse Dominic, and NP Paul were all fabulous—kind, knowledgeable, and genuinely caring. I left feeling relieved and grateful. Thank you all for your professionalism and kindness!
