Great first time experience! Dr. Petrin was pleasant, personable, and made me feel completely at ease. The front desk staff was efficient and so friendly. From start to finish, everything was smooth and professional. Highly recommend! Edited to add: The hygienist TK was the highlight of my whole visit. She made me so comfortable, gave me honest advice, and we shared a few laughs. I'll definitely be back!

Absolutely awesome team and facility! At each step of the process I was greeted with a warm smile and answers to any of my questions. Be it, Adonis at the customer desk who kept me organized. Catrina, who welcomed me to the back and completed my intake process with X rays with such efficiency. TK, who accessed the current state of my dental health and gave excellent feedback to improve. Or even … Dr. P, who was easy to talk to and an excellent Dentist in further evaluating my dental care plan. I would highly recommend this location! 5 out of 5 stars across the board!

This has been the best dental experience I've ever had. Great hospitality and very informative. I've had experiences to where it's been all about the money aspect. I felt like my health really mattered here. I am definitely staying with moncks corner dental group.I can only give 5 stars but they are deservant of a whole lot more!!!!

I have had a lot of dental anxiety in my life so unfortunately didn’t keep up with things as best as I should. With that being said, I went into this office based on good reviews in serious pain. The front desk staff was nice enough, the tech who did my X-rays (or attempted to) was fine as well. The dentist (Amanda Petrin) came in, talked to me for all of one whole minute and told me incorrect information. I let her know I was in serious pain and needed some help when she was trying to push me elsewhere. Her reply? I don’t give narcotics. Nowhere did I mention that I wanted or needed narcotics, I wanted an extraction or help with the issue with whatever work was needed. She wouldn’t see me, told me to take Motrin and Tylenol and referred me to someone for implants.. that weren’t even the i

From the moment I sit down, Dr. Petrin ensures I feel completely safe and respected. She is incredibly caring and exceptionally patient, never rushing me through a procedure or dismissing any concerns I might have. She explains every step clearly and always checks in to make sure I am comfortable. What truly sets her apart is her reassuring approach. During even the simplest procedures, she provides constant positive feedback, often pausing just to tell me, “You are doing a great job.” This simple reassurance has made a tremendous difference in how I view my dental health and has genuinely helped me overcome my nervousness.
