If you have not been to see Amy yet, this is an absolute must! I work out often and recently had a hip surgery, and she knew exactly what to do, and how to make my body feel amazing and to function more optimally. Amy really listens to your needs. I exercise often and have a problem with tightness in a certain spot on my back. She chased the problem up my whole back until she felt it starting to release. Best massage I've ever had! I'll be back very soon!
