Moline Trinity Hospital Outpatient Pharmacy

I love this pharmacy. They do have limited hours and are closed on weekends. However, your prescription is always ready, and there isn't a line clear out to the road with an hour wait. The only downside is they take no coupons or don't allow GoodRx for those with limited or no drug coverage. The price usually isn't much more than other places. But the convenience of driving right up and getting your prescription outweighs having hours to wait in a line just to get to the window. They also have walkin, which is located right inside the hospital door and immediately to your right for pick-up. Highly recommend this pharmacy. And to add all staff are very pleasant and professional. I have no photos or videos to share as I use the drive up window.

Staff is always trying to help me with medications, & any questions I may have. Been working g hard to have Trilicity on hand. Which is been so impossible. Demand is too high. & many are without. Sad part it works very well for treating Diabetes, & Great for those non diabetes persons that want to loose weight. Too bad your staff has to put in so much extra to help your patients. Thank You.

My doctor sent a prescription here since they were the only pharmacy that could fill it. I normally go to jewel Osco. Judy was the rudest person I have ever met. She was completely unpleasant from the moment she came to the window. She couldn't even write my name down correctly as I spelled it out for her! She either needs hearing aids or to be relocated because she also couldn't understand my birthday so I finally lost my temper and repeated the date which happens to be tomorrow so I finally said as in tomorrow but in blah blah year. Seriously I'm coming for an antibiotics not narcotics where is your customer service? If you dislike your job this much please for the love of God quit!!!

***as of 7/7/2020 it is closed until further notice*** Switched all my prescriptions here and they have save me a TON of money over even the big box store pharmacies. Good service too.

First class service always ! Very helpful and informative employees who go the extra mile to assists their customers!!
