I underwent ACDF surgery with Dr. Martinez, and I’m incredibly grateful for the care I received. From the first consultation, I felt heard and confident in the treatment plan. Dr. Martinez explained everything clearly and made a stressful decision feel manageable. The surgery went smoothly, my recovery has been better than expected, and my pain has significantly improved. I truly feel like I have my quality of life back. Highly recommend without hesitation.

I had knee surgery with Dr. Ortiz, he was AMAZING! He talked to me in great length about the surgery, the healing process and my recovery. He answered ALL of my questions and believe me I had A LOT OF THEM!!! His staff reached out to me the next day to check on me and make sure I was feeling okay! I can not stress enough how fantastic my care with Mohawk Valley Orthopedics has been! Thank you so much Dr.Ortiz, nurse Linda and surgical secretary Martha for everything!!!

I had the most warm and welcoming appointment today. Today I saw Dr. Cecil for spontaneous foot pain and he was so kind, personable, and honest on his thoughts. The receptionist, assistant, and the nurse were also extremely sweet and personable! Such a nice office atmosphere! The receptionist heard my concerns over the phone and got me in same day, and I have never been there before. I will definitely be returning for future orthopedic issues! Thank you 😊

Went to satellite office to see PA and was waiting forever while sitting there after an hour another patient came in and was seen before me when I asked if there were two doctors they said no when I asked about the discrepancy the girls there laughed at me and shrugged! After seeing this substandard PA I left knowing this practice pretty much sucked ….10 years later I found out that they banned me because I wouldn’t pay for that horrible service which really doesn’t bother me since I have found such better people elsewhere and I miss Dr Egan who was top of the line but he retired! Keep looking there are better doctors out there!!

Dr. Ortiz did my knee surgery and I have been good to go since then. The staff is very friendly and Dr. Ortiz took the time to answer all of my questions and explained everything as we went along. I have had other family members come here as well and they have received the same great care that I have. I have been to both the Johnstown and the Amsterdam office and both have been great!
