After a botched cataract surgery, the surgeon insisted I have my immune system checked for rheumatoid arthritis. Dr. Abdullah was quick to understand the futility of the request, but extremely accommodating . Blood tests and x-ray ordered seamlessly. Follow up visit was also exceptional. No deficiency indicated. Record of the visit(s) provided for my records. He, the staff, and 3rd party providers were all "over the top"!

I 2nd the previous review! I am on my way to my second appointment during the first appointment he set in a chair and leaned in and discussed what was going on with me, he was incredibly thorough and discussed issues far beyond my expectations for the appointment. I have been on a long journey this past year one doctor right after another trying to figure out what's going on with me and I wish that he would have been the first one that I saw. I was Very impressed Dr. Mishal Abdullah and I would highly recommend him!

Dr. Abdullah punted me back to TN Cancer despite my labs and symptoms all pointing to an HLA-B27 related autoimmune issue. He spent very little time with me and didn't do a physical examination. It was so discouraging and it was actively deforming my fingers. Went to UT Rheumatology and they were able to diagnose PsA right away based on the damage and physical examination, and started treatment quickly. Don't waste your time with this guy, he has no waiting list for a reason. Just wait the 6 months to see a rheumatologist who will actually do their job.

Very thorough and kind. He had the utmost concern and care in his handling of my case. I really liked him. They say first impressions make an impact, and he really did.
