I had a great experience at Mirror Lake Family Dentistry today! The entire team was kind and professional from the moment I walked in. I especially appreciate the hygienist, Cara, for her care and attention to detail. She took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure I was comfortable throughout the entire visit. I have moved out of state and I have tried to force myself to find a dentist in NC but I just can’t do it. The trip is about 180 miles round trip, from west of Charlotte to Greenville. Dr Swinderman likes to sneak up behind you to say hello. One trip, Stephanie the hygienist did such a great cleaning job I forgot about waiting for Dr Swinderman and was out of my chair before he got into the room. Everybody kind and knowledgeable. No better service!!!

Dr. Swinderman was incredibly friendly and immediately put me at ease, which made a huge difference since visiting the dentist can sometimes be a bit nerve-wracking. Their caring demeanor and attentiveness truly stood out, as they took the time to explain everything thoroughly and ensure I was comfortable throughout the visit. What really impressed me, though, was the extra step Dr. Swinderman took after my appointment. He personally called to check on my well-being, which is such a rare and thoughtful gesture these days.
