Nicholas at the Nottingham location was great. He was pleasant and professional. He was definitely interested in being sure I was pleased with my choice. He answered all questions and knew his “product “. The receptionist was also pleasant and welcoming. I would recommend this location to everyone.

It was very stressful for me to decide who to purchase my hearing aids from. I had three hearing test at three different companies. The test results were almost exact at all locations. I decided to use Miracle Ear because of the friendly staff and the time and patience Henry showed while educating me about hearing aids and the difference in there's compared to others. I really like the app that allows you to adjust my settings based on the environment I am in. I, as well as my family love the TV option. It's hard to believe how far I can turn the volume down now. Overall, I am very pleased with my decision to purchase the Miracle Ear. I would recommend it to anyone who may have hearing issues.
