Do not recommend. Wait time was longer than anticipated with their automated system, they have no direct phone number if you need to follow up after visit, you have to call a 1800 number and it is a process, takes forever. My daughter’s meds were not called in promptly. She was in pain all day and had to call the pharmacy and then call the minute clinic to see what the issue was and finally the next day it was called in only after I called once again. I then requested a doctors note for my daughters absence from school as she had the flu, and here I am 2 weeks later with no note and multiple phone calls. Just go to an urgent care.

Takes hours every time I am here Always have to go look for my dr they tell me 15 minutes and I patiently wait an hour +… Never helpful when actually in the room No tissue box available

Minute clinic Came to this location for my daughter. Simple. Setup appointment online. Easy check in. Nice nurses. Not really fast but gets the job done. Highly recommended

While in-between insurance I booked a appt to get a refill on a med . They could get me in sooner .. When I made the appt I clicked on that I would be paying cash . I get there and the doc asked for my insurance and when I tell her I registered saying I was paying cash . She the caught a attitude immediately. when I asked how much . Because the website didn't supply any information on pricing .she said to me all flustered that she couldn't tell me that till the end of the visit . If I have comorbid conditions, I would be charged for each oneI have .. Even though I'm not there to have my BMI, weight , bp .cholesterol ect checked. I was told after he looking through paperwork for the answer that it's around 50$ for each Heath condition I have or high risk things like smoking ..Our h

the doctor at the minute clinic was AMAZING !! She took care of our whole family and didn't push any medications that were not necessary. We will definitely come back if needed!
