MinuteClinic at CVS

The wait to be seen wasn't long at all. Was seen for 15-20 minutes. Definitely worth going. The woman was very nice, helpful and made sure my daughter was good. I would definitely go again.

Mrs. Lauren Mcnab the Nurse Practitioner there was very helpful, she took me early on my appointment, washed her hands, was very nice and took her time with me didn’t feel rushed at any point of my visit I highly recommend!!

On 08/04/2025, I took my son to the MinuteClinic in Mayfield Heights, OH 44124, for an ear infection. He was seen by Nicole Ree, FNP, who prescribed amoxicillin 600 mg suspension for 10 days. We returned home and started the medication immediately. After three days, however, his pain worsened, and he also developed a fever. On 08/07/2025, I decided to take him to his pediatrician. The pediatrician explained that treating an ear infection without appropriate ear drops is ineffective. She prescribed ear drop (Ciproflox Dexameth otic susp), and almost immediately after starting it, my son began to feel better. Within two to three days, his pain and other symptoms were completely resolved. If CVS paid more attention when hiring staff, the results could be better. From now on, visiting a Minute

the minute clinic at cvs was the best possible one I could have had. The practitioner took me on time, talked to me as an adult, tested me for three virus/bacterium and I tested positive for one. She kindly gave me Rx's for the one I had and I was able to fill them there. It was a good overall experience, much better than going to an urgent care or hospital clinic.

The NP/Dr. was rude, unkind, demeaning and so just so awful. It was the worst experience I've ever had with any Dr., NP. I brought my 5yr son for a strep test and an ear exam and the DR/NP was rude to me and my son for no reason. Once she took the strep test she wanted payment before she would release results! I let her know that I have a card on file as I entered it when I made the appt; however, I didn't have the physical card with me and that I could grab my wallet out of my car and pay with cash. She then proceeded to tell me that she has a copy of my DL as if I was going to run out the door with my sick kid without results and not pay. Completely unacceptable to treat us this way. I left in tears and will never return to this CVS min clinic. This woman should not be working with the p
