Health Express Urgent Care

This Urgent care was clean and kind. The people that gave care were bright and thoughtful, asked questions and gave me excellent care. I tried at 3 different urgent care businesses the day I went to this one. #1 couldn't seem to be able to check me in and the price was high. . Another was closed. But this office gave me immediate care, was compassionate, and seemed to like each other as they worked. I will choose them first next time. Thanks, staff.

Terrible visit and I should have known better. I have to get DOT physicals every 2 years per federal law. This time 2 years ago when I visited this medical center they almost failed me because my blood pressure was too high. It wasn't until they realized the their equipment was malfunctioning. They passed me on that visit 2 years ago but only because they realized their equipment was at fault. So I took a risk and went back 2 years later to recertify my medical card knowing they had issues. So I show up today and their waiting room had no heat. Freezing cold. They call me back and to no surprise they also had no heat in the exam rooms. I sitting there cold to the bones and they try to take my blood pressure. Failed the first time. Wonderful experience. Warm, friendly, personable staff, clean waiting room and office, Quick easy sign in, taken back in less than 5 min, doctor came in moments later, out the door with having a Covid test in 25 min. I love this location, it’s a great kept secret and although I want to see them flourish since they’re outstanding, I selfishly like the fact that whenever I walk in there I can be seen immediately. Great job!

I had to visit twice (one week apart) due to an infection, the doctor did provide antibiotics the second time. Since infections have been a part of my life every few years I do understand the importance of not prescribing antibiotics at first sight, so the doctor did the right thing. She was knowledgeable and thorough checking my other medications before deciding any action. Other than seeing her the place was clean there was no real waiting time which contributed to a smooth experience. I will definitely come back the next time I have an infection (as I mentioned it happens every few years).

I will never return to this urgent care again. I went for a sinus infection. They did some swabs and told me I would have infection results back in 24/48 hours and never received. They gave me allergy medicine?!? In the last three days since my visit, I have gotten worse and have a sinus infection as I thought and now pink eye. The new urgent care I went to told me right away I had a sinus infection and treated it.
