I’ve been a patient of Dr.Hedaya’s for about 5 years now. I have had several other pain management doctors and never have they been able to give me half the results I get from Dr. Hedaya. He has made time for me in an emergency and scheduled me asap. He has by far the most caring girls working for him that go out of their way to call you back and make sure insurance and scheduling is done on time. I hadn’t seen him in 3 years and unfortunately needed him this week. He took me in 2 hours after I called and the girls had me set up for an MRI and nerve block immediately. Not only is the whole team wonderful, but they also make you feel comfortable. I can't thank Dr. Hedaya enough. He has truly saved my life. After carefully reviewing my health history, he found one major abnormality in my reports that another doctor had overlooked. He listens carefully, takes your concerns seriously, and is thorough. The individualized care he and his team provide is rare to find today. I'm beyond grateful and would recommend Dr. Hedaya to all my family and friends.

Dr. Hedaya is great. Very personable, knows what he is doing, and he is accessible. I was having horrific pain and no amount of oral meds would even make my pain bareable. Dr. Hedaya got me in his office right away on short notice and performed a nerve block within minutes of me getting into the room. I have been dealing with pain for years from an injury I incurred as a firefighter. The pain control has really given me my life and health back. Now I can tolerate physical therapy and get stronger. I would highly recommend him. I also appreciate the calming vibe of his office. No one is stressed and everyone is friendly. This really matters when every second is 10 out of 10 pain.

One of the worst experiences I have ever had with a medical practice. It took forever and many calls to even get an appointment scheduled. The doctor himself was great and I had felt very hopeful about working together. But the same problem continued. I was referred for imaging, but called repeatedly and left voicemails, never hearing from anyone. The phone did not ever get answered, calls did not get returned. Over the course of 2-3 weeks I called upwards of 15 times, leaving multiple voicemails. I ended up informing my referring provider about the awful nature of the experience and did not return. We love Dr. Hedaya and Jessica! Both are phenomenal! We had an emergency with our son and Jessica was able to fit him in so that he could be seen. Jessica ALWAYS goes above and beyond!! Dr. Hedaya was so understanding, listened to my son and came up with a treatment plan for him. This office is one of the best!! Such a pleasure!
