MinuteClinic at CVS

I got to the CVS at 5:20. I sat there for 15 minutes while two doctors were chatting it up in their office. They finally came out after 15 minutes. I asked them if I could do a walk in because it said there was no available times left and no one was there. They said we have to give the person five more minutes so I wait five more minutes and then someone else comes up and they give her a spot as a walk-in over me because she needed it more. Apparently there were two doctors two rooms they could’ve gotten me and her at the same time But they decide to be lazy if I were you I would avoid this place at all cost because they don’t care.

I visited the Minute clinic in Maineville on Sunday, Feb 9 and saw NP Elizabeth. She was excellent! She got me in on time, she was thorough, professional, and tested me immediately to determine I had the flu. It was the best minute clinic experience I have ever had. She was just so nice and I felt like I was a regular patient of hers. When you feel so sick, you just want someone to be nice and understanding; she was certainly that and did a great job! Thank you!

Kelly is awesome. She is super kind and knowledgeable. She always calls a couple days later to check on progress. When I have an ear ache or anything that hurts and getting to my primary the same day is not possible, I can always find a same day appointment at Maineville CVS. The care is great. Update.. I just went in again for another earache. Ferris was great too!

My caregiver was incredible! She explained everything thoroughly and made sure I understood everything. It was by far the best urgent care experience I’ve ever experienced.

Passed over in line after waiting for 45 minutes with no explanation. When I questioned the woman that was providing service why I was passed over and explained I had to return to work, she was less than helpful. Thank you for no care and lost wages.
