They are inefficient, and the techs working there look very unkempt and unprofessional. I went to pick up a prescription and they said it would take 20 minutes, but they would be closing for lunch for an HOUR in 15 minutes, so I just needed to come back! No problem. . . .
Sat here for 30 minutes! The other line was moving and I got stuck because of how their drive through is set up. Spoke to Siri, and I must say he is very unprofessional and sarcastic. I usually don’t leave reviews, but I am annoyed with how slow this pharmacy is, and their lack of customer service. I will not ever have my prescriptions sent to Kroger again.
Great costumer service. They could have made me wait over and hour bc lunch time was approaching but she hustled and got it to me in 15 min. Thank you during these hard times.
Arrived at the pharmacy at 5:50 -open to 6:00. They already had the close sign up. Not cool for people who need their medication. I was hoping this pharmacy would be better than the last one. I guess it’s time to go to a different brand. Hey Walgreens a CVS.
Guy at the window is consistently rude and lacks social skills. Appears to hate his job. I'll be switching back to CVS.
