Made an appt. Showed up early enough to self-check in at kiosk. Kiosk says no record of appointment yet I had a confirmation code that was sent to me 30-60 minutes before my appt. In spite of having all this information on my cell phone, health care person says “no record” of appt. Finally went to pharmacy and though they too a little perplexed they were very helpful in getting the meds I had scheduled to get from the clinic.
This particular MinuteClinic at CVS is awesome! Super clean. Everything was on time. The care given by the practitioner was exceptional as well. Highly recommend this location!
The two practitioners were very friendly and saw me very quickly despite me not having an appointment.
Excellent Minute Clinic. Clean clinic, minimal wait time & excellent NP-Cathy. Highly recommend this clinic. Reminder to potential patients, if it’s important to you, to always check with your insurance company first to ensure clinic services are covered. Just because any provider “accepts” your insurance doesn’t mean your insurance company will cover the provider’s service.
