Macomb's Grosse Pointe Family Dentistry

From highly questionable billing practices to bad advice given by Dr Angela who told me "don't eat anything crunchy like apples… ever", I was constantly arguing with staff at Macomb Grosse Pointe Family Dentistry. My wife and I have found a different dentist.

Everyone is nice and friendly! It’s been a while since I’ve been to a dentist. The hygienist, Matilda and Dr. Angela made me feel instantly comfortable, without making me feel bad for waiting so long between visits! Very clean facility.

Everything was wonderful. The staff is not only warm and kind, but also quite capable and uses only the most modern techniques. Never have had an issue, and it is exciting to watch the torch get passed to the next generation of dentists!

CHARLENE (who answers the phone) is by far the rudest person I have ever spoken too. I called to make an appointment and hung up so disturbed by her rudness! I will NEVER step a foot in your office and I suggest others don't either. How dare she treat you potential customers the way she treated me. I had a few questions and she was annoyed by them and treated me like I was an idiot for even asking! I suggest you replace her with someone that actually treats your potential customers with respect and makes them feel welcome! With her there I guarantee you will lose more business than just mine!!!! I will be making other reviews to warn others as well! I do not take disrespect lightly!

Felt very comfortable and safe with their Covid process. Charlene at the front desk, and Matilda, my hygienist are always friendly and thorough. Got me in and out - extremely timely.
