Henry Ford Emergency Medicine - Waldenburg

Made an appointment to get a simple a CT done. I understand that there's a merge happening but if ur systems aren't matching then u shouldn't be calling urself Henry Ford (Ascension). I got texts for appointment reminders which is great but there was no address follow up on any of those texts. Just Henry Ford on 23 mile. So I go to the 23 mile on chesterfield and the ladies there are laughing at me because my names not in the system. I was told the merge isn't complete yet. The 4th lady asked if I got a text reminder and asked to to see it. Then she finally told me what the letters ment after the Henry Ford. While the other ladies are laughing and saying im not in the system. Needless to say I had to reschedule because these women think it's funny that I didn't know the location of other

Came in with sickness from car leaking CO exposure … after 2.5 hours at home I still felt unwell came in and was put on oxygen right away for 20 min. This helped !! The hospital tested for CO after about 20-25 min of getting high 100 percent oxygen. Test did come back at that time normal. I asked the doctor could the oxygen and 2.5 hours after exposure cause the CO test to read lower. She stated yes… The doctor stated I should not drive the car.. I’m working on getting the vehicle repaired and looked at more closely due to illness and CO reading high in cab with meter. I have been tested at different times due to feeling Ill and getting home to rest before feeling well enough to go to the hospital. The immediate oxygen that was used helped a lot! The best! Was out with blood work, IV, ultrasound, and answers within 3 hours of being there! I walked in and was seen immediately

The front desk lady should be fired! She is so terrible! No compassion. I was in a very dangerous situation. She let me rot!!!

Absolutely WORST emergency room I ever been to in my life. I Left with more pain than I came in with. The girl doing ultrasounds should loose her job. She doesn’t know what she’s doing. I have bruises ALL OVER MY STOMACH because of how much pressure she put down on my abdomen. I was actually crying and telling her that it hurts she goes “well sorry but thats normal” then continued to push down HARDER. Discharged myself right afterwards. My right lower stomach is now swollen and bruised.
