The Nurse Practitioner was amazing! I went for a weight loss program and she far surpassed my expectations. I feel blessed to have met her and look forward to working with her during my weightloss journey 🩷

Victorine is extremely knowledgeable and professional. She gave me the correct diagnosis and medication. When I previously went to another urgent care they did not listen , disregarded me and even told me my medication does not exist and they down play my symptoms but not Victorine she knows right away without me telling her about the medication. If you are ever in need of urgent care I hope that you get to encounter Victorine she is definitely an angel and a blessing. I highly recommend Victorine and minute clinic.

I had never gone to a minute clinic before, but a friend of mine recommended it over urgent care. I am very glad I went and the Dunkirk MinuteClinic at CVS was terrific. The appointment was on time, the two practitioners that were on duty Were amazing. They were empathizing; their bedside manner added some humor and I enjoyed their company. They listened carefully and quickly diagnosed my issue and prescribed my antibiotic promptly will definitely go back there instead of urgent care.

Great clinic to visit! There was no wait time when I came in for my appointment. The nurse was very professional and knowledgeable. The clinic was very clean and equipped too. I was surprised for my blood to be drawn on site for pickup by quest/labcorp. Overall, it was a great experience, thank you Nurse Victorine, will be coming back with my family for physicals.

Poor communication. We were refered for an xray to a nearby urgent care only to find out they dont accept their referals. Very frustrating. We were then told by the provider at Minute Clinic we should subsiquently be seen there then as a patient. Only to then find out insurance wouldnt cover it because he was being seen for the same thing at two different locations within 24 hours. We were forced to delay care. I will never myself, nor any of my family members be going back to CVS minute clinic! What a waist of time and resources! Extremely dissatisfied!
