Dr. Taylor is an excellent primary care physician. He really listens, takes concerns seriously, and explains everything clearly. What stood out most was how quickly he acted — he gave me the referrals I needed right away without any hesitation. The visit felt efficient but never rushed. I finally feel like I’m in good hands and moving in the right direction with my care. Highly recommend. The medical assistant was excellent — very professional, kind, and efficient. They made the check-in process smooth, explained everything clearly, and helped me feel comfortable throughout the visit. Their attention and support really made a difference. I absolutely love Calvert Internal Medicine in Dunkirk, MD. I moved here from North Carolina a new doctor. After reading all the Google reviews and seeing a picture and profile of Lauren Brendel, PA, I just knew she was going to be the right provider for me. I called and made an appointment right away. Even though I had to wait a few months to get in, I didn't mind-good things truly come to those who wait. At the time. I was living in Chesapeake Beach. I've since moved to Glen Burnie, and I still travel to see her. Honestly, I would drive a hundred miles If I had to. She is personable, attentive and extremely knowledgeable. Great doctors. Terrible billing/office staff. Don't expect to get any reminders for annual/wellness exams (even when you run out of refills) or proper clarification from them when scheduling your next appointment. They just expect you to do their job for them.

I have mixed feelings about this practice. My annual appointment with Jessica Jones went very well — she is thorough and professional. The staff has been great as well. A week later, I was seen for a sick visit due to a sudden outbreak of full-body hives, which occurs every few years for me, usually as a reaction to overexposure to laundry detergent. I appreciated that the office was able to accommodate me on a Saturday morning. The provider understood the task.and what I wanted. Up to that point, my experience would have been five stars. However, the prescribed prednisone taper was not the appropriate step-down, and the hives returned more aggressively. I understand treatment adjustments are necessary with this medication, I was disappointed not to receive a return call-back when I rea
