I've been going to this office for more than a decade. Recently tried to move an upcoming appointment due to a recent surgery I needed to have. I called the office several times & always spoke to Amanda & was told I was still on the waiting list. The last time I called I told her I was having issues with my gums because it had been 8months since I was there. She didn't seem to care and stated that I was still on the waiting list. I told her that, I was going to call around to other offices to try and get an appt. asap. Her attitude & customer service was horrible then she lied to the senior receptionist that she tried to call me several times which was a lie to save her job. This office use to care about their patients. Unfortunately, since hiring new office staff they could care less. Sav

My review is based on my phone calls to this office. Every time, I’ve been met with a recording and no return calls. That alone tells me that this office is not a good place to visit for my first appointment. SMH

I have been a patient with Dunkirk Family for more than 30 years. The staff always shows compassion and care. The dentist is very kind and truly cares. If you want a friendly experience, I recommend paying Dunkirk Family Dentistry a visit. You won't regret it.

Since 2011, I have been a patient at Dunkirk Family Dentistry. Atmosphere is always calm and quiet. Staff is consistently friendly and welcoming. I highly recommend!
