MinuteClinic at CVS

Looking for a reasonable answer for a medical issue had me scheduling/stopping at MinuteClinic at CVS on 501. Having a prior experience with my wife at this location and NP Stacie Bartman that was favorable, I followed suit getting answers in a reasonable, professional timespan. On-line scheduling was easy, waiting was minimal and treatment for the most part complete. Understand this is not a fully staffed clinic with all the services readily available. NP Bartman took the time to listen, access my health concerns and ordered a prescription that helped negate the health problem at hand. For a non-emergency, need attention now I could see myself returning.

I went into the Minute Clinic yesterday as a walk in, just before the NP was to see another patient and then go to lunch. She initially said I would have over an hour wait and I told her I would stay because I had been to two other locations already and could not be seen. Her other patient was quick and she had just a few spare minutes and offered to go ahead and see me, though I knew it took time from her lunch hour. I am so very grateful for her care and concern. I had been throwing up and had stomach issues for over 48 hours and was weak and miserable and didn’t want to go to the ER. I was diagnosed with Norovirus and got nausea meds and am improving, thanks to that wonderful NP who was kind to me yesterday! God bless her and I hope Santa is good to her!

The Nurse was extremely thorough, kind and supportive. She patiently answered my questions. I would highly encourage anyone in need of medical care to visit the CVS Minute Clinic.
