lliff Was the best. I miss Doug he was great. The new Dr. is not a nice woman. She is very short with people, basically a Karen, and seems to want to change everything the way Doug did things. It really sucks to have someone that was a treasure to be replaced with another that has a poor attitude, and seems have the opinion that is similar to "hey look at me, i know everything".

The staff here is very friendly, I felt so welcomed there. I went here for a bad cold and was seen in under 30mins after walking in. It's rare to come across a business that has such warm hospitality and I really enjoyed being seen by them today. I highly recommend going here if you need to pick an urgent care! :)

The only reason I’m giving a 3 rating is the staff. I pray the doctor’s aloof approach to my situation is spot on. Maybe it’s me, we will see I am on my way to get the antibiotics. She didn’t address my increase in appetite, soreness, dizzy/tingling feeling. The doctor that i saw I can tell is never wrong! Good luck with all you do in life and hope that your crap attitude doesn’t ever catch up to you!

Nobody’s here it doesn’t take 30 minutes to get a TB test. This is ridiculous!

Was seen and told that my prescription was sent over, twice. It was not, no summary paperwork was given and had to return to the facility and was met with a rude and unapologetic front desk assistant. Do not recommend or think they should be handling patients when they are incapable of being professional themselves. EDIT: As you understand obviously then getting correct information is important in not wasting anyone's time. She sent prescription over to the 21st and gage CVS. Never did I mention that location, but she directed me over to 29th and gage twice once in person and once over the phone.
