Scott Miller is extremely thorough and supportive. He’s encouraging, without judgment, about areas where you can improve your health. I feel like I have a partner in managing my health, who really wants the best outcomes for his patients.

During a telehealth appointment regarding a serious injury that has had me couch-bound since November, 2020, Miller said to me, "Your pain level doesn't keep me awake at night", in response to my unwillingness to see him in person during this pandemic, for which I am particularly at risk due to other health issues. "Your pain level doesn't keep me awake at night." -Some attitude for a PA. He then went on to cancel three appointments for which I WAS going in to see him, despite the comorbidities I have. One of those appointments was cancelled despite it being set almost three months out. He clearly had no intention of seeing me, or treating me for the injury I suffered, BACK IN NOVEMBER OF LAST YEAR. I have gone over four MONTHS without a treatment plan and without the slightest compassion
