This place now has a walk-in clinic, that is what this review is for. I needed quick care for back problem, I was a grouch from the pain, so not the most pleasant person when I arrived 😔 but they were just kind, considerate and caring throughout the entire encounter. Truly awesome folks who went out of their way to get me taken care of, very positive attitudes! Could not have been treated better. Thank you Guys!

You cannot call and book an appointment with Rheumatologists because that office does their own scheduling. You have to wait for a call back. They don't even transfer you to the office. This is actually just as bad as Lee health which requires a referral even if you have a PPO or POS plan. So the response is that I should call back and leave a VM. If my experience was unclear, you could have asked a follow up question. I don't want to wait for a call back to schedule or to complain about this internal problem with the way your business is set up.

Emily Birkhead is amazing! Always informative and kind. I’ve learned more about myself at 37 than I knew after years of going to other doctors regarding my lupus and struggles with weight loss. I truly appreciate her and the kind staff. She’s not someone who just throws the most expensive option at you but always offers affordable alternatives. She’s a jack of all trades (literally) and I would recommend her services to anyone!

This place is THE best! I love the Endocrinologist that I see here and the rest of the staff are Super friendly and courteous all the time!! Couldn't ask for a better Doctor that actually listens to my input.

Thank you Millennium Physician Group, you have a superstar employee who really cares about people! Debbie at the front desk is the best. I work long hours and had a prescription to pick up since Wednesday and have not been getting home until late. I stopped by there this evening in the hopes that they were still open, not really expecting it. Even though they were closed the cleaning crew was cleaning at the front entry when I drove. One of the crew went and got Debbie and she actually came out even though they were closed, went to my doctors office and brought me out my script. I would have been without my medication all weekend had she not cared so much. Thank you so much Debbie! i have been going to this location for a few years now and it is great!
