Mill Run Community Pharmacy

I hear this place used to be great, but things have clearly changed, and in the past year or so they’ve been extremely unreliable to a dangerous degree. I’m scrambling at least once a month, if not more, to fix major problems so I can get the medication I need to survive, and employees I’ve talked to have been completely blasé about their huge mistakes. I hear from everyone else in my life who uses mill run that they’re having the same amount of issues. I’ve given this place a lot of chances recently but I can’t do it anymore. I’m going to be switching pharmacies.

Everyone is so nice, their prices are reasonable and the pharmacist I spoke to even knew about what meds can be taken by my cats in comparison to the human-kind of gabapentin. Ditch your big-chain pharmacy and go here instead. You'll be treated well, with intelligence and compassion.

Wish I knew what the experience was for this business. I try to support local, independent businesses when ever possible, even though it might cost a little bit more sometimes. Most of the time, though it's the same price or cheaper, but I'm getting off topic now. They refused to fill my prescription, because they were, "out of stock". I said I could wait. Then was told they could, "only order so much", even if I was willing to wait for them to get more stock, lol. There business must be doing pretty good. They were very friendly, I'll give them that.
