Embassy of Park Avenue

I’ve been a resident here for about a month and I never want to leave. I truly feel so cared for. All of the employees are patient, they care, and they answer any questions I have no matter what it is. The teamwork is outstanding. Candace communicates with my daughter often and keeps her informed on what’s going on. All of the aides and nurses on the rehab unit are very kind. They explain my medical issues to me when I have questions. The care I receive is unlike what I’ve received at other facilities. It’s outstanding. No one ever seems inconvenienced to help me. I’m excited to discharge next month to visit my daughter, but i wish I could stay here forever!

Don't make the mistake I made and ignore the bad reviews. I had to remove my family member from here after only a few days. Nearly everyone was rude and had an irritated tone. I feel like they were trying to humiliate my family member by the things they did to them. I'm not going to go into detail but it is disturbing. I feel bad for everyone who is staying there. I can only imagine what they are going through and maybe don't know to say anything to anyone about it. This type of behavior shouldn't be allowed especially around vulnerable people such as the elderly and children. Just imagine the type of person who would choose to work with vulnerable people only to mistreat them. Despicable.

This place is terrible!!! It is dirty, no organization. I heard there was a change of ownership and everything has gone down hill since then. Spare your loved ones from being a patient at this place. I regret that I ever brought my mother here.

Having set foot in countless skilled nursing facilities, Park Avenue stands out as one of the best! Clean and welcoming from the jump, with a seasoned administrator and staff that will give your loved one the care they deserve!

Great improvement from 5 years ago. Staff are well trained and knowledgeable. It is always clean and organized and the residents always appear to be happy.
