I had 2 teeth extracted today. The dental assistant and dentist were pros at the procedure. My recovery 12 hours later is virtually pain free. Thank you so much for the care and expertise. 👏 💐

If i could give negative stars I would, after being reschedled on after being in pain and waiting for 3 months being referred there from my dentist is the only reason I went to this germ infested place, a referral for being put under due to having to have multiple intersecting teeth straightened and removed. First impressions immediately didn't even want to sit down on there benches due to the filth that looked like it was there much longer than a day. On my referral paper in big red letters it said must be put under but as soon as I got called back they tried saying that's not what was happening and tried just yanking them out. Clearly didn't even read my file and was quite asinine about it. 0/10 would not recommend a rat to go there.

Besides being in a scary downtown backroom fever dream, this place was very prompt and friendly. We had to drop off our referral form because community health net sucks aahh and we are from Erie. So we had to drive 2 hrs to drop off the referral and they had us come back the next day for a consult. They called that same day to get his wisdom teeth removed the very following day. Thank you!!

I brought my child here for a teeth cleaning, everything was and the hygienist, was friendly. She told me that my daughter's teeth looked perfect with no issues and the Dentist would take a look. When the Dentist came in, the dentist told me that there is a suspicious area she's going to look at. Totally the opposite from what the hygienist said, red flag number 1 🚩 The Dentist did not do any x rays of the "possible cavities" .🚩 the Dentist told me my child would go under anesthesia when they look at it more closely and when I asked, told me I'm not allowed to be present in the room. 🚩🚩🚩 My concerns were made fun of. Reading these other reviews of the whole practice having poor communication, and doing more than explained makes sense.

Don't go here whatever you do! Botched root canal never put the crown on correctly severely crooked dentist tried and was getting angry putting on crown and could tell he just gave up then a year later it went bad waisted my money and time. Then whenever I had to get the root canaled tooth out it had an abscess and they didn't drain it or anything he didn't numb it up enough and just pulled straight down without loosing it up and I screamed in pain and the dentist was yelling at me saying there are kids he has to see next and that I'm acting worse then the kids do and i was acting like a baby and a bunch of other bull crap and I have a high pain tolerance hes like it's not bad and took the needle and kept jamming it over and over into my gums about 7 times aggressively to wear I could feel
