Meadville Dental Center

I personally do not go here but my friend does and they are very nice staff, always try to get you in as quick as possible. For new patients the wait for an appointment is like over a year so they definitely have a lot of patients which shows they are good at what they do.

I have experienced nothing but kindness from the staff when I'm there, but no one is answering the phone. I've been trying to call and reschedule an appointment that I have, and I am calling the number I was told to call if I have to reschedule, and no one has picked up. I've been trying to call for 3 days now. Multiple times a day, and not once did anyone answer

Front desk employee for dental has terrible tone control, does not know how to speak to patients and even has the same problem in person. Always has and attitude. Would not recommend until they go through some customer service training.

Compared to the dentist I went to in Erie ,Meadville dental is phenomenal. My dentist in Erie was scheduled to pull my teeth two appointments turned into 5. All I needed was teeth pulled when he went to pull my last tooth he left part of it in there. I went to go find a new dentist came across Meadville dental they seen me and the day that I had to get the rest of that tooth pulled he put my mind to ease I didn't even feel the needle going in hardly and he got the tooth out within a minute. And he joked with me definitely putting my mind at ease getting that piece out. I was there for 17 minutes tops they will definitely be my permanent dentist. Everyone was so friendly.

I've had nothing but good experiences so far, with the exception of one hygenist, who is rather blunt to the point it could be seen as rude, but some people just have that type of blunt personality. The staff and dentist has been accomodating to my needs, I was struggling with severe anxiety before finding a medication that worked, and this was the first dentist to give me something in the chair for anxiety and send me home with pain medicine for my first pulled tooth. My dad said that is a rarity, so I consider myself lucky to be seen here. I had to reschedule the last appointment due to a mishap in insurance transport and I was an absolute nervous breakdown upon getting there, and they got me in for two months later.
