Milford Medical Center Urgent Care

Very very disappointed. I brought my 4 year old son in on Saturday for respiratory / cold and fever. It was not busy what so ever. We did get into the room fairly quickly maybe about 20 minutes. We met with a nurse and then we also met with the Doctor Who said somebody would come back into the room to swab him for Covid and strep. After 35 minutes, nobody came back in the room, so I walked in the hallway and found two girls giggling at the desk and ask if we were forgotten about she looked at me and said what room I told her and she said I’ll look into it. Another 30 minutes, went by with nobody coming back in the room so after waiting another hour after seeing the doctor, I ended up just walking out. Nobody noticed we left, and no one called after the fact. EXTREMELY unprofessional. I’ll

My daughter took my 4 year old grandson in on Saturday early evening with fever, stomach ache, sore throat etc. We were worried it may be strep throat . The doctor came in examined and said someone would be back to swab his throat and to also swab for COVID and flu. ONE HOUR later, nobody came back. My daughter went out twice to ask if they were forgotten about, and was told, by two giggling ladies at the desk, they would check on it. After one hour my daughter left with my still very sick 4 year old grandson, no one noticed they left or did she receive a call back. I called and asked what the protocol was when a sick child comes in, waiting one hour to be swabbed and no one does? Her comment, I will relay the message. WE will never go back, time to check out Southern Hospital. It

Very slow registration process. It seems intake personal takes a break after a check in. The wait here varies. Sometimes you get right in, other times it seems like they forget you arrived. The staff is friendly but they could all use a lesson in processing patients a little quicker.

After weeks of lifting up our old dog, painting a kid's bedroom, and building a table, today's 400lb saw pickup was the straw that broke the camel's back. Literally. The staff here at the Urgent Care was caring, compassionate and understanding. We were seen as soon as we walked in. The doctors were patient and kind. Highly recommend.

Another wonderful experience at Milford Urgent Care. Fast service and very friendly, the PA immediately recommended my husband go to the ER for a scan. He was correct, ruptured appendix surgery was done that night. Thanks for recognizing he needed help asap.
