I have been blessed with anything but perfect vision since my early teens (I’m now 24), so I’ve seen plenty of eye doctors over the years. I can confidently say the highest quality of care I’ve received has been at Dr. Milam’s office. From the front desk staff - who are professional, knowledgeable, and courteous - to Dr. Milam himself, the experience is outstanding. Dr. Milam is incredibly thorough during his exams and takes the time to carefully evaluate your case to ensure the best outcomes for your vision. Not only is he excellent at what he does, but it’s clear that optometry is his passion. He truly enjoys his work, and that enthusiasm translates into better patient care. I am very pleased and highly recommend his office.

Such a wonderful and helpful staff. In an emergency situation this office and the incredible ladies in the front came through. My family has been seeing Dr Milam for many years and will continue to do so.

Dr. Milam and his staff are so kind and accommodating. I have very poor vision and astigmatism and he has so patiently worked with me to find contacts that are comfortable to wear. He never seems in a rush and is always willing to answer my questions. Such a better experience than the chain eye places that try to rush me in and out. Thank you Dr. Milam!

Very excellent visit! Would not hesitate to recommend Dr Milam to anyone I know. This was my first through exam in a very long time and the experience here was fantastic. He explained evething very well and talked about my overall eye health. Exam was great compared to one a couple years ago at another place. All the ladies upfront were super sweet and helpful. As a new patient i got in very quickly and do not regret giving Dr Milam a shot. Thank you for such a good experience!!

UPDATE to previous post below: Haven't gone in yet. But Trudy in the office was great on phone. Provided much needed information regarding a potential eye injury. My insurance wouldn't cover visit, if I need one. Rates quoted were extremely reasonable. Much better than chains or bigger offices. Dr. Milam has a good reputation. Great talking to a local office that cares about people! Thanks! UPDATE: I decided as a precaution to get eye checked. Dr. Milam was outstanding. Professional, caring, good info. His staff, including Sandra were very nice. Great looking office including glasses showroom. Local, reasonable, and just a good experience. Not sure when I will need to go back, but would easily return.
