Dr. Reddy and her entire staff were very professional, thorough, and kind. I felt well taken care of with excellent customer service. My experience was so great, I am going to stick with Dr. Reddy and not go back to my prior dentist. Looking forward to regular cleanings. Tina at front desk was super helpful too. Highly recommend!

I had very high anxiety for my first appointment. The staff & providers were very kind & empathetic to make sure I was comfortable throughout my visit. Everything was explained to me in great detail, I was provided with a very clear plan of treatment, as well as an immediate breakdown of expected out of pocket cost through the next 3 appointments. I cannot recommend this office enough. I'm so glad I was able to be seen by such a caring team. Thank you so much!

I’ve been to this office twice. The first visit was very pleasant, with a friendly staff and a smooth appointment. The second visit was very different. I was offered a procedure that I assumed would be covered by insurance. It wasn’t, and instead of helping me work it out, the office sent the balance to collections. Before the deadline, I called three separate times to try to resolve it. The third time, someone picked up to say everyone was out of office at 1:30p on a Thursday. By the time I finally spoke with someone from billing, I felt brushed off. Tina, in particular, was unsympathetic and unwilling to consider my perspective. First time visiting this office and I had a wonderful experience! Thank you to the doctor and her team for being so kind and thorough from start to end of the visit. I felt very heard by both the doctor and the hygienist, and I could tell they really cared about hearing my concerns to address them. My husband is a patient and had referred me, so I’m glad to have a new dentist in Austin. Highly recommend if you’re looking for an honest practice that will only tell you what you absolutely need.
