Deceitful! Does not provide you with breakdown of charges. Scheduled surgery and was told my portion after insurance would be $212. Weeks after the procedure I was notified I owed an additional $513. Apparently they did not do their job correctly when quoting my cost at time of initial visit. I paid the additional $513. Still trying to figure out how we went from $212 to $725. After the surgery Dr Daley told me they would do a deep cleaning. There was no mention of an additional charge so I was under the impression this was figured into the cost of the surgery especially since I paid an additional $513 for a surgery I was told would be $212. Not the case. I was sent another bill for $122. So I went in thinking I would be charged $212 only to find out the actual cost would be $847. If they

The office staff were very friendly. The office is very modern. Just had a gum graft procedure today and Dr. Daley was able to get it done in under an hour. Has a good amount of experience and is honest when it comes to different options regarding the surgery. I felt at ease that my mouth was being worked on by one of the best. I opted to be awake and while my mouth was very sore after leaving i felt better after taking the dosage of ibuprofen that the doctor recommended. Thank you Dr. Daley! Would definetely recommend if needing periodontal work.

Everyone who works at Dr. Daley's office (including Dr. Daley himself) is very friendly and helpful. In spite of my anxiety about having major dental work performed, the folks at Middle Tennessee Periodontics really put me at ease and helped me relax. Each appointment I had scheduled was on time. At one follow-up appointment, I asked Dr. Daley if it was okay to have my teeth cleaned at my regular dentist. He said it was fine and then told me I could have my teeth cleaned at his office, something I didn't know. What's more, I could have my teeth cleaned in an hour. It was convenient so I did. My dental hygienist was Miss Bambi. She gave me the BEST cleaning I have ever experienced with no discomfort at all. Pam Miller

Never had to wait more than 5 minutes past my appointment time. The office staff is pleasant and professional. I had a gum graft and Dr. Daley was awesome and has a great bedside manor. Definitely recommended this office.

I can not say enough good things about Dr. Daley and his staff!! They are all so nice and so professional. I had a surgical procedure done on a Friday and Dr Daley personally called me on Saturday to check on me!! I highly recommend him!!
