I never received infusions from MV as I couldn’t get a straight answer as to billing and cost. I needed Q12 hour administration of antibiotics for infection. I was informed the cost would be $2000/ week for 12 weeks. After multiple calls they still could not tell me the allowed amount, copay, and deductible. I have medicare A &B plus part D. They couldn’t even tell me the yearly maximum. For 2024 the max out of pocket amount is $8000. I got a bad feeling about competence or honesty so I didn’t go through with further effort.

Mostly they practice "extraction of the wallet." Did a poor job of reviewing patient history. Consequently supplied subordinate RX that was counter to patient care. Also supplied supplies for more days that prescribed. Also did not check with Medicare Part B to see of supplies were covered. has high "Administrative" fees not paid by insurance. No way to get credit on poor supply overstock. Not recommended.

This company doesn't even deserve a one. I was with then ten years ago . I left because I had a year $1500 deductible and and an HSA account. My insurance company sent MidValley my $1500 deductible they swore the never received it. I calledy insurance company the said they it was received on Jan x and it was cashed. They sent me copies of the EOB showing it was paid.(one perk of being union) The EOB was sent to them disputing the charge of course they still maintain the story they didn't get it despite the union involvement. Conclusion I left. Fast forward ten years I needed central line dressing supplies. No saline , no heparin just the changing kits they refused to serve me because of ten years ago. MORAL of the story is Watch your EOB for claims .

My experience was great, the pharmacist was nice and explained things well. They even helped me file for copay assistance from the drug company. Have recommended them to others.
