Perhaps the most profoundly unhelpful and useless service I've ever experienced. It stumps the mind to find the value offered here. I wish that seemingly every single business in Mt. Pleasant did not use this.

I saw a youtube video of a girl who works for them taking a call, wearing a tank top (how unprofessional), and violating HIPAA by putting an ACTUAL call on facebook from one of their clients. What a third rate answering service. Eek!

Their service is top notch, they handle all our calls with professionalism as they were sitting in our offices answering the phone calls, we get all the information needed, name, phone numbers, address and reason for the calls, I recommend them to all my friends that own businesses or need a phone service, very reasonable and dependable.
