Allied Hearing

First review I've ever written....it was that bad. I just drove through bad weather for an hour and 15 minutes to Allied Hearing. I was there at 1:45 today. My 103 year old Grandma has been having difficulty hearing even with her hearing aids in which we paid thousands of dollars for. There was no one at Allied hearing but me, NO ONE. I understood that I did not have an appointment and was not asking for anything more than to have them simply cleaned. Maybe that was the problem. Again, I was the ONLY one there. Melissa refused to help me. She said she would not help me because my Grandma had not been into Allied for a while. It had been several months but less than a year that I had brought her in. (103 years old!) I was ONLY asking to have them cleaned. She outright refused! I

All of the people at Allied Hearing are very professional and very nice. They take care of everything you need, from cleaning, to updates, to replacing missing parts. I love supporting small family businesses and they are a great one!!!😊

Everybody there at Allied was just phenomenal. I can't say enough about him. They fixed my hearing aid right there on the spot and I was so glad and grateful that they were able to do that. So all in all everything was just fine 😁😄

Allied Hearing has done the absolute best diagnostic testing I've ever had. And Melissa Neu has been fabulous. She has helped me more than I expected. I cannot say enough about how well she has helped me.

I had a very good experience. I had forgotten how I wasn’t hearing snd am getting used to “new” again sounds, but it ‘s not overwhelming. I think I’m really going to appreciate my new ears; and I’m sure others around me will also.
