Craig Downer DDS PLC

My previous dentist retired and so I recently started with Dr. Downer. I had a very old large filling fall out and needed my first crown. I was amazed that there was NO discomfort at all. It was an amazing experience, especially since in comparison to my prior fillings, the crown was by far more pleasant. In addition, I did not need a temporary crown since Dr. Downer can sculpt the crown in about 13 minutes (see video) and fire it to be ready in another 15 minutes. In one visit, I left with my new permanent crown. The staff are also amazing and kind. I highly recommend!!

I have always had bad anxiety especially at the dentist until I started coming here. Dr.Downer and his staff create a welcoming space and have a natural ability to make you feel comfortable. I used to just go to the dentist when it was absolutely necessary, now I’m talking with Dr.Downer about things that bother me about my teeth even if it’s just cosmetic; I wouldn’t be able to do that if I didn’t feel comfortable and trust him completely. I’ll always refer everyone to Dr. Downer, hands down the best dentist you’ll find.

The staff is always so wonderful. They all do their jobs extremely well. It’s always great to visit with Kathy during the appointment. Dr. Downer always takes time to have some personal conversation asking how things are and is always extremely insightful. Today while having work done I heard interactions in the adjacent room with a 1 year old on their first visit. The staff was patient and understanding to the demands that age brings and it was pleasant to listen to how they handled the situation. An excellent place I would recommend to anyone.

Our family was misinformed on future appointments and made for a huge inconvenience in an appointment chain between orthodontist and dentist for the day. Dentist doesn't really have friendly demeanor either.
