Mid Atlantic Eye Physicians

They never told me to bring a driver before eye exam. my eyes were dilated but I still drove home. they never stopped me from driving.

Today was a challenging day for my mom, who is 94 years old, as she attempted to get her eye exam done. The first attempt was unsuccessful, so we tried again. The technician, Ms. Porscha, was very patient and offered great assistance to ensure that the examining doctor could conduct an accurate assessment. Ms. Porscha, thank you for going the extra mile to help my mother. Your compassion in your work means a lot to me and my family! Job well done!!

Every time I have an appointment with MAE, it either gets moved because of physician issues or when you show up your appointment was yesterday? I was told 4/24 at 3:40 by Alice because all I needed was a renewal on my contact prescription until I could be seen. So here I sit like so many times before. But it will be my last!!

The staff at Mid-Atlantic it's awesome! Even though they are very busy they still found the time to show compassion and understanding. They actually take the time and explained everything that's going on. They did both my cataract surgeries and I have absolutely no problems or issues whatsoever. I highly recommend them!

the Drs are wonderful. customer service is horrible. i have tried several times to change apts by phone and never got a call back. i actually had to walk into the building to get apt change. i am also disabled and was at the door to go in with my walker. the door was locked that morn. the lady at the desk would not let me in. 5 mins later, also before they opened, a lady walked up who was friends with lady at desk. lady at desk let her in. the other lady told me when we got in that she was friends with lady at desk. if it wasnt for great drs there, i would never go there.
