I had an excellent experience with this practice. The staff was wonderful and helpful and went above and beyond to help me. Dr. Rapp is an excellent surgeon as well. He just performed surgery on me and even at the hospital, the staff kept saying that I picked an excellent surgeon. Dr. Rapp and his staff were very thorough and professional, in addition to being kind and warm. My surgery went well, and Dr. Rapp made a point to check in with me pre-op and his office was very quick to handle insurance/pharmacy issues.

Dr Aaron Rapp is a good surgeon. However he has many patients you can expect to your appointment to take 2 + hours some days. Limited appointment availability. Had to reschedule my post op appointment as I had another appointment. He called me at home to make sure I was ok to wait for my next appointment.

Went here for botox for cluster headache, excellent people, time will tell about botox.

I was referred to this practice by a friend and I’m so glad I went. Dr Rapp is very nice, very professional and so knowledgeable. I don’t just feel like a number with this practice I feel like a cared for patient. He answers all my questions and takes his time and that’s pretty rare these days. The staff is friendly, helpful and kind Also his PA is wonderful as is Dr Eichenbaum…..beautiful, smart and caring. Dr Rapp has obviously gathered the best of the best!

Went a while back for herniated disk issues. Was given a literally crackpot diagnosis (fibro mialga, since proven wrong) Tried again today after 5+ years. After scheduled appointment 3 weeks prior, nothing today. No appointment, no attempt at help. The front desk lady, after being missing for 10 min upon entering, walked right past me so engrossed in her Facebook I scared the hell out of her when I spoke. Complete waste of rented space.
