Wish I could give a minus 10! I do NOT recommend this place or this doctor to anyone! Disrespectful and the office is completely unorganized. They never return calls. I haven't had my medications in over 3 months because the lazy and disrespectful staff hasn't returned 4 messages from the pharmacy or any of the messages I have left over the past 3 months. I need my medications and now my numbers are completely out of control and I've been having panceatitis symptoms thanks to Jardine and her staff not doing their job. I had a 1015 appointment this morning. I called before arriving to ensure I would be seen on time. I was assured there was only 1 person ahead of me and I will be seen on time. Dr. Jardine and NP Anita and Ammna PA are one of the best Endocrinologists I’ve been too VERY knowledgeable and it’s a woman owned practice which is EMPOWERING, staff answers all questions and are very kind and sweet always make me feel comfortable. They have helped my diabetes in so many ways I didn’t even know that was possible for me and got me off of a lot of medication I was on. Love this place I’d give it 20 stars if I could!

I needed to cancel my scheduled appointment. When I requested noon time availability for my next appointment, I was told I need to wait until January. As I continued to speak with the staff member, I became aware that it was only because they did not want to continue to look for my requested time. The response was "that is what happens when you cancel your scheduled appointment". Time to find another office who can be more understanding and accommodating.

Went for my annual & this experience was my worst ever to the point I will now be looking for a better Dr. They left me in the exam room for over 45 mins., I arrived to my appt. 30 mins. before. Then the blood they received back was the wrong blood work which stated that I was diabetic. After going to my regular Dr. & getting my blood work from him, he not only sent me my results but stated that my blood work was perfect & there was no sign of diabetes. When I fax those results to Dr. Jardine's office, they blew it off as if it was nothing. Talk about totally upset and DONE with that office.

By far one of the worst practices I’ve been to! The doctor and the PA do not listen to your concerns. The doc gave me samples of an RX that actually worked well for me but then wouldn’t prescribe it, does that make sense?! The PA had such a heavy accent I could barely understand her, and on top of it, I was more educated on my condition than her. Do yourself a favor and find a practice that actually wants to treat you and make you feel better. The staff is no friendly bunch either.
