Called to see if they accept my dental insurance but they answered and hung up on me immediately. After reading the list of 1-2 star reviews its clear I'd be better off taking my business elsewhere anyway. Its unfortunate because in hazelton there's not many dentists to choose from in walking distance to me so i was hoping this one would accept my insurance. I have severe tooth pain that i am dealing with and want to get fixed but obviously the receponists are uncaring and unprofessional. I would highly recommend hiring people who actually care for the patient's well being instead of whatever is going on their the last year. The long list of 1 star reviews is obviously well earned. Thanks for nothing and hope they fire whoever is running the front desk

Asked several times to come in only 30mins late due to my kids having a 2hr delay. Pressed the emergency option, and told them it was an emergency due to a great amount of pain in a molar. Receptionist was apathetic and didnt care at all, acted like she had better things to do than her job. Even after the fact that I told them my next step is the hospital because of the severity of pain. She didnt care at all. So now I make my way to the hospital, and then Ill be finding a new dentist. Maybe one that has receptionist with good hospitality backgrounds.

Unprofessional, unbelievable rude the front desk staff, your best day in that place drastically changes your entire mood 🤕. Overbooking patients, worse, cancelling at arrival.

It's really not all that bad. I've had really good interactions with the front staff but have had some issues with the people seeing me. It did feel kinda rushed but honestly that worked for me seeing as I have an impatient toddler. The dentist was familiar with what I needed and my case and kinda reminded me of my grandfather in a good way. I did have some issues with my insurance and them saying it was inactive but since getting that fixed with my insurance calling them I haven't had any issues.

Waoooooooo the front desk lady's they don't know what is compassion when you are in pain omgggg that Job is not for them Jesus Christ!!!!
