If this is the eye doctors who works at LensCrafters Haywood Mall: DO NOT GO TO HIM! Read my review and go somewhere else. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!!! My appointment was at 10:30 am. Waited 20 minutes to be seen by the doctor, already chose my frames. The male doctor didn’t even introduce himself, wash his hands in the room, was not friendly at all. I had a great experience before with Dr. Gary. I will not come back here to see the male doctor. He was very uncaring and has a horrible attitude, clearly he is just here for a check. I already picked out my glasses during the first 20 minutes I waited. Got my eyes dilated waited another 30 minutes, even the sales lady was like are you still waiting. I was given my prescription and told I was finished. How when the doctor didn’t even check my eyes

Dr. Maseha was very disrespectful, despotic and rude, he didn’t even say hello when he entered the room, had an unpleasant attitude throughout the whole experience, was not professional, and seemed to challenge me throughout the experience and appeared to mock me also. He didn’t warn me that the drops he put I n my eyes were going to hurt, and he was not prepared for the eye exam as he kept asking the assistant for pictures and had obviously not exámenes my chart before entering the exam room. He lacks courtesy and kindness to treat patients. He also lacks professional ethics because he mocked the burning of my eyes and my bad experience with him at least three times. Not recommended at all. The rest of the staff was professional and courteous.
